Delivery Procedures
Our methods of ordering are either by fax, email (electronic order form supplied by us) or post direct to our sales office, we ask that you list all relevant part codes clearly on your order with any special requests. Unfortunately we do not accept any verbal orders.
- All orders are manufactured to a 2-3 week lead-time from signed order acknowledgement on our standard range and 3-4 weeks on our bespoke and made to measure ranges.
- All our units are colour co-ordinated but board matching is a subjective matter and therefore they are only there as a suggestion. All clients are requested to check any matching suitability before placing an order.
- It is requested that all components (I.E handles and accessories, etc) are ordered on one order at the same time. As late orders may incur separate minimum order charges from our suppliers. Also they may not be delivered with your initial order and may have to follow at a later date.
Delivery Procedures
- Gecko Bespoke Kitchens is pleased to offer a delivery to site service, but we would request that you notify us of any restricted access at the time of placing your order in case this is not possible. All our deliveries are to ground floor and are made by a one man delivery.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer a timed delivery but we will try to accommodate your delivery times where possible.
- Any deliveries into the London Congestion Charge areas will incur extra charges as will any parking charges incurred on any delivery.
- Please ensure all orders include the full delivery address, including the post-code, and that an able body is available to unload the cabinets from our vehicle. If there is not an able body available to help unload our vehicle then the delivery will not be made and further charges may be applied. Unfortunately this is due to our health and safety procedures, please appreciate that many of the larger units are heavy and are not safe to be handled by one person.
